In addition to developing original and inspired landscapes designed by our staff of landscape architects, we also frequently work with established landscape architects across the GTA.

If you wish to utilize our creative Design Build service, the process generally moves forward as follows:

Contact us  to set up a complimentary site visit where we review your goals and requirements for your landscape project. Gathering accurate information allows us to develop a design proposal. Our proposal will define our design scope of work, list the required meetings and detail drawings to be produced, along with the cost associated with their creation.

Upon acceptance of our design proposal, accompanied by an initial deposit, we proceed with implementing the design scope of work. We will measure, photograph and document the site; produce a base plan, develop concepts, a master plan, elevations and perspectives to communicate our design intent.

Upon completion of the design phase, we provide a construction estimate which will detail recommended material options, construction methods and associated costs. Once a client has decided to proceed with the project, a letter of agreement is prepared summarizing the individual items and agreed upon budget. A deposit secures a commencement date.
